Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS             
CSSB 77(RES) be held in second reading until the March 18, 1994,               
calendar.                                                                      
                                                                               
Representative Navarre objected.                                               
                                                                               
Representative Davies placed a call of the House.                              
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.
